Thanks for this — I know I need to work on my email sending. After a long exchange, I emailed back an “OK” to someone. The other person called me and asked what I meant. I had meant, “Got it. I have what’s needed and can complete the task,” but she had seen my response as “Oh, OK, nevermind”!
